In 2011, after a successful 25-year run, T&M Mechanical—an HVAC business owned by Jim Moore and his partner—closed its doors. Throughout nearly fifteen years, Jim’s wife, Sharon, contributed her expertise in the office. Drawing on her experience, Sharon obtained a Class A Contractor’s License, while Jim held a Master Tradesman License and maintained strong industry connections. In late 2011, they founded Air Flow Heating & Cooling, committing themselves to acquiring new builder clients, establishing credit with supply houses, and cultivating a solid reputation among customers. The company began with just two trucks and four employees and, over the years, expanded to six trucks and twelve employees, proudly serving loyal customers from both T&M and Air Flow.

Today, Air Flow Heating & Cooling is managed by Ryan Thurston, who started as a mechanic under Jim and Sharon nearly a decade ago. Over time, he advanced to roles as service technician, service manager, and field superintendent, ultimately earning his Class A Contractor’s License. Ryan now applies his extensive experience to guide the company’s continued growth. Air Flow Heating & Cooling has evolved steadily, remaining a trusted choice for builders and homeowners while upholding its longstanding values of personal service, reliability, competitiveness, and honesty.

Nichole Moore, Jim & Sharon’s daughter, is the Office Operations Manager.  She has been with the company for over six years and handles payroll, customer service, bidding, billing, equipment ordering, accounts payables and assisting Ryan with most everything in the office.
